The Fannings; Scottsboro Family Portrait Photographer

How adorable are these two boys?
As soon as I saw them, I couldn't wait to get my camera lens in front of them.
They are just as adorable in photos as they are in person.
We had a fun afternoon of checking out goats, trackers, wood piles, and sheds.
I could spend all afternoon with these guys, especially the oldest that was clinging to my leg by the end
of the shoot.  He was full of questions and ideas.
Mom and Dad, I hope you enjoy!  It was a pleasure seeing what you two created together!

Back 2 School Mini Session 2011

We are already halfway through summer and already thinking about school starting, beginning to shop for back so school clothes, getting class schedules, and classroom lists together.  This year I am offering a back to school mini session.  It will take place on Saturday, August 13 and the setting will be in a field with a picnic, books, apples, and an old desk.  This is for all ages!  The 20 minute session will be $65 and include a CD with 10-12 edited images and an 8x10 of your choice.  No more stuffy school pics, it's time for something new! If you are interested please email me at lifesmirrorimages@gmail.com and let me know which time slot you would like.  To reserve your date you must pay 50% down and the rest is due at the session.

Michelle and Mark; Huntsvile, Alabama Wedding photographer

I love when a couple chooses to see each other before the wedding...
The stress is taken off both the bride and groom
no guests have to wait
attendants are happier
and I could go on and on, but the main reason I love it
is the groom's reaction.
He doesn't hold any emotions back when it's just the 3 of us.
Mark, you were an awesome groom and
I appreciated getting to know you and Michelle
I wish the two of you a life full of nothing but happiness and that love you shine towards each other!
Michelle, keep appreciating him and singing you heart out.  I love your voice!

Devin and Jon-Erik Engagements; Chicago, IL wedding photographer

When it comes to bucket lists,
mine is long.
There are just so many things in this world to do
and see.
About a year ago I added a photo shoot at the silver bean to my list.
Well recently I had the chance and had two close wonderful friends with me
who agreed to let me do their engagement photos in Chicago.
What a wonderful trip that was
and we made many memories.
I also got to see a Great Lake and dip my toes in it
so of course we did some photos there too.
This engagement session was fun and memorable.
I couldn't have asked for a better couple.
I love you guys
and
I look forward to more photos
and
your wedding in October
Congrats to one of my favorite couples and
two of my best friends.
