I have a friend that was pregnant a few years ago and her husband painted a beautiful Van Gogh painting on her belly. Since then I've wanted to paint on a pretty pregnant belly myself and I hit up my best friend Kristi about painting hers. She didn't even hesitate to say yes. (Thank you for letting me try things on you K!!) Since her little bundle of joy is due any day now, we decided on Santa for her belly.
While I was over at her house painting her belly (which is very therapeutic pregnant ladies!), her little boy was hanging on me begging me to paint his. I did just that. This is the result!
